Description: Located on potie"s stone paved small alley,a hidden oasis in the heart of Chania"s old town!Full of colors, lush of plantation, original artistic creations made of wood, soil and clay. Our dishes are inspired from the old Cretan cuisine , but with a small twist, just to be more fresh and full of original flavors ..Open from morning hours with all sorts of coffees, juices, special tea and herbs, home-made pies, a lot of vegetarian dishes, local fresh meat and vegetables in different recipes every day!!!!Open until late hours with nice music, fine Raki , Oyzo, wine and local cocktails!!! wellcome to join us!!!

This restaurant is a must to visit! Located in a tiny side street of Chania, you can taste typical Cretan food for a very fair price. Fast and kind service, beautiful enterieur. The octopus was especially tasty! Reservation is recommended.

Excellent! Fantastic food and wine! For every recommendation and a must have visit when in Chania. Eggplant rolls and octopus are great, but no mistake is every other meal on the menu. Very friendly staff and great vibes!

This place is easily missed. Not only is it down a little side street, it IS the side street. With an entrance at each end this felt like an authentic Cretan restaurant. The menu is very untouristy and doesn't have photos of food in Bollywood poster colours.
Most of the diners were Greek and there was a queue for tables but we were lucky with our timing. Great place - definitely go back.

First a word of warning, this is a small restaurant, if you show up during busy hours, you might have to wait for a table.

This is a nice visit for a bite of local food, at a reasonable price, located In a small alley in the middle of Chania.
It is recommended to order a few different dishes and share, and beware that some of them comes with nothing on the side (other than bread for the table).
Of the three dishes we had (risotto with mushrooms, local pork and a pork stew), the risotto were a little bit to hard boiled rice, but the other two were excellent.
