We stayed at the Fatma Hanoum for three nights at the end of our trip to Greece. The hotel had been booked by the Athens-based travel agent we used. He clearly picked a great place. We were in the Guzel suite, which was very large and comfortable. We were only able to partake of breakfast one of the three mornings that we were there because we had early morning starts the other two mornings, but the breakfast we did have was quite nice.
You really could not find a better location in Chania, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I could have, I would have given this property 4.5 out of 5.
My only slight nit is that the bathtub and shower in our suite used an old clawfoot tub and getting out of it and onto the potentially slippery tile floor was a bit more adventure than I typically like to experience from taking a shower.
