We had a wonderful time at the Fatma. Marianna is the most welcoming person and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. She also arranged a wonderful send off breakfast basket for our early morning departure. I will defiantly be staying here again.

Our flight was delayed by nearly two hours which meant we didn't get to our hotel until very late in the night. However, on arrival we were greeted as if it was the middle of the day - what a wonderful reception. We were shown to our room and shown where everything was. Nothing was ever too much for the staff at this hotel. They went out of their way to help us whether it was with directions, recommendation of a good restaurant or even a request for a clothes iron!!! I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough.... I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel. It was spotless, room cleaned every day, linen and towels changed on request and the staff were absolutely marvelous. We're definitely heading back there as soon as possible!

Room Tip: rooms on the top floor have balconies - a definite requirement in the heat of Crete

Dear guest, thank you for your heartily review on us! Words of appreciation are the best for us, showing that the effort we give is well received. Being here, even in case of a delay, is the least we can do. Being positive and helpful is our standpoint, so that all of our guests can relax and feel just like home away from home. We would be happy to get to have you again in the future, to provide you with memories worth reminiscing once again! Βest Regards, Marianan Gypaki

The hotel is centrally located, well maintained, quiet and clean. Rooms are nice and staff even nicer. They'll help you out with everything. We accidentally left a phone charger and they emailed to tell us that same morning and mailed it to us free of charge the next day.
