My sister and I booked this hotel because of the good reviews here on TA. We were not disappointed! I have never experienced a better hotel staff, and I travel quite a lot. Maria, Andreas, Yannis and Antonio were incredibly friendly and we felt like we were old friends after only a few days.
The hotel is situated perfectly with a bus stop right outside where you easily can get to Chania. There is a mini market at the hotel where you can get everything you need. Also - if you visit this hotel - do not miss the Greek Night on thursdays! :)

My girl friend and I, spent a week here in July. Had a great, always clean room with view over the nice pool. (one minus was that it was not a real double bed).

The staff was friendly and also flexible. There was Greek night with a nice buffet and greek dancing. Most of the guest antedded and it was a enjoyable evening.

Stayed as a couple for 5 days. The hotel room was beautiful and clean. The staff was so helpful and suggestive. We did not rent a car and they were able to arrange a day trip for us to Elafonissi beach and also were helpful about taking the public bus in and out of Chania. We also used the KTEL bus station in town to take a day trip to Rethymno.
I highly recommend staying here- although we didn't spend too much time on the premises it was exactly what we needed. A good location and helpful staff to enable us to explore the island!

These simple 2 storey aparthotels are situated along the left hand coast line of the Chania coast.
All rooms are to a good standard with daily room service and big lounges, bedrooms with adequate bathroom's with showers.
Beds are firm and air conditioning is temperamental, but once you have the knack.....
Kitchenette, consisted of a fridge, 2 rings, no kettle and no toaster or grill, the fridge also went off when your room card was removed. Fine for sandwiches, boiling water for drinks etc, but you could not cook a meal here.
There are also lifts to each floor which is great. (But on occasion were stuck!)
Sheets and towels changed when needed and on request.
Cleaning was excellent, not just in the rooms but also throughout the complex, including the pools, pool toilet and showers, restaurant area, reception, walkways and other communal areas.
Service and value was good at the bar and restaurant. Though the menu is simple the food was good value and a very high quality, it came quickly and the team appeared to genuinely care if you were enjoying your meal/drink, they would also cook to order off menu for fussy eaters!

Onsite shop, plenty of choice, not too overpriced but great English and very happy to help with any queries you may have, nothing more I would need that they didn't have.

Site WiFi, excellent , best and strongest I've ever used in a hotel, home or abroad in all areas of the complex, free too!!!

Evening entertainment, one of the reasons I booked this hotel, and was not disappointed, most nights there is something on for free, quality singers or dancers, but they also have a Greek night, which is E22 for adults kids free, great dancing, live music and a Greek food buffet, go up as many timed as you like, not a massive amount of choice but enough for every pallet and cooked well!! Very well laid out so all attendees had a great view, make sure you book!!

Location was reasonable, as you leave the hotel front, a 7 min walk right takes you to an area of about 7 bars/restaurants which all serve great food and drink. All but 1 has a beach front area with sunbeds and parasols free if purchasing drinks which were inexpensive. A 20 min walk left takes you to another area of bars restaurants and seafront strip but was more of a "Blackpool" type area and not as relaxed or value for money as the other way.

The location is a 20 min bus ride to Chania town, with tickets purchased for E1.70 each way to the town and well worth it. However you must use the bus stop to the left of the hotel not the right as they no longer stop there!! This is approx 50m away but the return stop is directly outside the hotel. A taxi costs between E6 and E10 each way so still inexpensive. Going on the bus, however, allows you to see the other beaches and tourist strips enroute.
Beaches, the hotel does advertise a beach outside, and whilst strictly true, it is not one you would swim from or take small children, it is both rocky, hard to access and full of washed up litter, however the beaches mentioned previously are excellent and very safe, clean and friendly.
Pool, decent size and enough space and sunbeds/parasols for all, even on a busy day!

My wife - & I spent two weeks here in May

i.We were given an upstairs apartment over looking the pool
Opposite our apartment there was house with overgrown garden &
We found the dogs running around freely.,

We found the staff to be most helpful & nothing seemed too difficult for them to handle.

There was entertainment most nights but calling it entertainment was stretching it a bit...It was dire.Luckily there were plenty of bars etc so we could escape
All in all we enjoyed our trip perhaps we will return someday
