We have eaten in this fine restaurant three times in four years, and we believe it to be quite good. The seafood keeps us coming back. Seating is available indoor and outdoor, and we ate most recently outdoor. The tent walls and heaters are certainly sufficient. We had one salmon dinner and one sea bass (sold under the local name). Both were excellent, but the sea bass is served as a whole fish so be prepared to bone it yourself. The olive and the feta cheese appetizers were excellent. The house white wine was 3 euros, and was a good wine. Don’t order red wine in Athens!
Be prepared for many feral cats roaming the dining area. They were quite passive. The waiters were on the spot. A look around other restaurants showed Ydria was doing the most business.
We like it. We will go back.
