Needs better sound proofing (can hear someone else's alarm or moving of a desk chair as the area around the desk does not have a carpet). Food prices are ridiculously expensive (30 euros, with the room service charge, for a burger! - unreal!) - made sure I never ordered anything - there are very good and much much cheaper neighborhood restaurants within a ~10 minute walking distance, just use google maps. The room was worse and more dated than the one I got the last time I stayed at the hotel (I probably got a worse room this time). The staff was fine but seemed jaded and tired. There have to be better hotels in Athens - the hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

Outdated decor, hotel is far away from tourist sites, construction was going on on our floor 2 doors down and we couldn't have a peaceful stay because of the hammering and noise. we also had to move rooms because the people next to us were incredibly loud at all hours of the day and night... really ridiculous how thin the walls must be. the shuttle they offer does not frequently enough and never left on time. icing on the cake is that the concierge won't respond to my emails regarding a missing item since i left.

I stayed here for business and was welcomed and assisted by warm friendly staff. Very elegantly decorated hotel with a spacious and comfortable bedroom. If I was a tourist I would perhaps choose a location closer to the main attractions. The pool area is pretty small and right by a main road (high wall so you don’t see the road) which again might be an issue as a tourist but not a business traveller.

I have stayed in various to hotels around Europe in the last few years and this is by far the best.

As mentioned the area is not the best in terms of buildings and graffiti but graffiti seems to be a big issue across Athens.

15 minute walk to the Acropolis if you want to do that, we took an Uber for €3.

We booked a suite with lounge access. Checked in directly at the lounge which has a balcony with views of the Acropolis.

Staff in the lounge were outstanding, very attentive and willing to please.

After experiencing a rival chains lounges, there is no comparison between them.

Well done, we will come back.

Where to start. Staff superb. In the executive lounge we were served and serviced by:
Valentina
Mary
Maria
Marios
Chef de Partie
A la Carte cuisine team
Valentina, a beautiful hard working young lady, above and beyond the call of duty when we were shattered and she provided us with canapés.
Mary/Maria for their professionalism and their endeavour to find us an alternative room.
Marios, so sorry you had to clear up my smashed glass. Done so with such grace and class and a gorgeous smile.
Vasso in charge of our delicious breakfast I think (?)
Valentina and Manor were wonderful.
Please look after all these staff; they're worth their weight in gold.
Thank you for an memorable visit.
