Our room has a large walkout balcony and it is very lovely to relax out there throughout the day to see all of the happenings down below market n nearby commerce. Big room with nice shower n very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There were some Greece desserts in the room to welcome our late arrival..Nice touch!
Breakfast was plenty and fresh. Very good location as we took the one train directly from airport n walk just a few short blocks to reach hotel.
Good price point so will definitely stay here again.

The rooms is clean, the toilet also very clean, the most thing we like was the location it's very central, it's just at the night don't go out alone, there is a good security at the hotel as no one can enter the hotel if he is not staying in the hotel (using the room key to open the main hotel door)

Dear Mohammed A,
Our location is indeed right in the center of all of the tourist attractions of Athens and this clearly aided your sightseeing and event planning whilst you were at the hotel.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences of your stay with us and our future guests.
Best regards,

Friendly staff- nothing was a problem. The only reason I didn’t give it full marks was the location - the view from our balcony included some unsavoury characters on the next door property’s roof which was a little off-putting

This hotel was a little hard to find initially as the GPS used by ourselves and the taxi driver from the airport actually dropped us off about a block or so from the hotel. The hotel is down a side street where there is a small farmers market and signage from the main road was hard to see. Initially it seemed hotel was in a ghetto area but after we spent some time in Athens we realized the graffiti and surroundings were all part of the experience and pretty much throughout many portions of the city. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was pretty impressive for a free breakfast, although the breakfast starts at 7:00 the "continental" items are available earlier if you need to depart early like we did. The hotel also offers free wi-fi. We were upgraded for free to the next level room, although I personally couldn't tell a difference from the standard room we booked in looking at photos online so would not pay to book an "upgraded" room up front. We stayed 3 nights the first week in July and paid $387 Euro ($452 USD). We were on the Acropolis side (which I am guessing was the upgrade) but on the 4th floor so could not really see much of a view from our room on the 4th floor (of 8 floors) but it didn't matter as the rooftop bar and lounge made up for it, that is where you want to spend your time for an amazing view, especially at night!!! This hotel is just a short 2-3 blocks (5-10 min walk) from Monastiraki Square where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and all the sights from the hotel. There is also a metro stop 2 blocks from the hotel and we did ride the metro to hit up some of the bars at night and took taxi's back to the hotel as bars are open til 4:00am after the metro stops running. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped us arrange shuttle transportation to get the port to get a Ferry to Santorini the day we departed. This is a mid-range hotel but given the price of approx $150 USD per night in peak tourist season for a large city can not complain. Rooms were clean and modern. Would stay again.

Dear Matthew S
We truly value all guest feedback, and I am delighted to read that you thoroughly enjoyed our convenient location, our breakfast, bar and staff, which pretty much covers everything!
I am glad that you thought that it was a value for money for a high season rate as we are trying to be competitive and still keep a high standard of service and quality.
As for the room, we have four different types: "Standard room: are those until the 3rd floor (up front that may have more noise due to the market). "Superior rooms": are from the 4th to the 7th floor. No difference in size or style. "Acropolis View rooms" :are from the 5th to the 8th floor. Only the view changes from the other types of rooms. "Lycabettus View Room": are on the 8th floor, are of bigger size and bathroom and has a balcony.
I thank you for choosing us and for recommending us to other readers. Really hope to welcoming you again.

We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and were pretty gutted to end our trip in the worst of the 8 hotels were stayed at in Europe. The location is close to town and the metro but it is directly above a very scary looking park. Our first night we were kept up by the yelling/screaming/fighting of the homeless the stay in the park, although the 2nd night they were much quieter. If you can stay on the opposite side of the hotel (facing the Acropolis) I would highly recommend it. The market below the hotel is also quite noisy and very smelly. Neither of these are the hotels direct fault but the bright neon lights outside the bedrooms are quite distracting at night, I would recommend the hotel double glazes the windows (for noise and light) and purchases light blocking curtains on that side of the hotel.

Now, the staff were absolutely outstanding!! Super helpful, especially the young girl (a trainee) who walked around the breakfast buffet (which was awesome) asking guests if they needed any help. The rooftop bar has a great view of the Acropolis.

Room Tip: Make sure you're on the side facing the Acropolis!!

Dear JamesNZL
I thank you for staying with us on your honey moon.
We are very proud of our staff, and even prouder when we hear of their excellent work and efforts.
I am so glad that you mentioned our rich buffet breakfast and the roof terrace bar, as the view is truly amazing.
I looked into your reservation and unfortunately there was not any note that you were in your honeymoon neither mentioned while you stayed in order to have added a touch from our side to this special trip. I really hope though that you will visit us again on an anniversary. Kind regards
