My company booked me this hotel, near the Botanical Garden. The hotel has around 400 rooms, but at arrival there was only one staff to make the check-in. The queue was big, over 5 persons, and the waiting until check-in took a while.
Room was clean, spacious and air conditioned temperature could be adjusted. The room had a minibar, but it was almost empty (just had a bottle of water, free of charge), also a boiler to make tea and a cloth's iron.
About breakfast I don't know what to say. On the first day I came down early and everything was clean and had plenty of food options; on the second day I came down late, couldn't even find a clean table to seat (had to clean it myself), and almost all the food was over and dishes weren't being refiled; some staff was checking the room numbers of people arriving, but didn't even care to clean some tables for these arriving guests. Some other staff was doing somethings, but very, very slowly!
Check-out was fast, because all front-desk positions were then open. Staff was then very nice and helpful.More
