Rooms are good and comfortable They keep paper cups just 2 only for you to make coffee for both evening and morning and no milk or creamer. For a star hotel after paying over 560 euro for 3 nights for 3 person. Better to look for other hotel but advantage is accessibility

Location:
We arrived in Porto for our final night before flying back home after a 16 day vacation in Portugal. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the reasonable price for a 5 star hotel.
It is not located in the historical city centre, but by taxi or Uber you will be there in less than 10 minutes.
As such, a convenient location, away from the crowds and easily accessible by car.

Hotel and Grounds:
The hotel has a large underground parking, at only 9 euro per night. Big, modern building with impressive facade and lobby.

Reception:
Fast, friendly and efficient. We booked connecting rooms for the family, rooms were ready when we arrived.

Rooms:
Well equipped rooms, with King bed in one room and twin beds in the connecting room. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with bath and walk in shower, toilet behind a closing glass door for privacy (the bathroom has a window to the rest of the room, which can be closed off with a blind).
Safe, minibar, large desk and plenty of power outlets to charge.

Restaurant and catering:
We only had breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment on the dinner service. Breakfast (until 10.30am): very good buffet with plenty of choice, hot and cold, coffee served at the table. Good and very professional service.

The Sheraton is a very good 5 star hotel, I can highly recommend it.

I visited and was overwhelmed by the city , worth every minute there. Taxis , Restaurants and every issue related to tourism was fantastic, as a Brazilian I felt home. The hotel is great , taxi needed to go to main touristic attractions, but very cheap 4-5 Euros you can go anywhere. The hotel has a great SPA and indoor pools, service is fantastic rooms are good sizes, but not very modern , the management should consider a renovation soon.

We stayed 3 nights as part of our Riviera Travel holiday. The hotel was very modern, clean, the staff helpful and welcoming. Being out of town there was no noise at night aiding restful sleep. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. We were given a free bottle of water and tea and coffee making facilities without milk! As an extra security measure you had to use your key card to operate the lifts. Breakfast buffets were plentiful, plus an additional bonus of a chef to make fried , omelettes etc. In the first evening we had a pre-ordered set meal with silver service and in the second two evenings we had a buffet. Depending on when you went to help yourself, sometimes the dishes were finished and could not be replenished. You had to pay extra to use the pool but as we never had time to use it, this was not an issue.

We drove in from Madrid and were pleasantly greeted by Andre (porter), who made our not so perfect stay so great! Sheraton is very lucky to have Andre.

At check-in, I asked for an upgrade as we were SPG Gold members. Clearly, gold doesn't mean anything anymore. There was mention that we were staying on points and upgrades wouldn't be available. Wouldn't even give us access to the lounge for coffee in the morning. After a 5 hour drive and limited time in Porto, I wasn't in the mood to argue.

Room itself is beautiful, very updated. We didn't spend much time in the room due to our short stay.

Andre seemed to be our "go-to" guy for things to do in Porto. He was just so helpful!!

Breakfast was 20 euro each and was ok. The orange juice is the absolute best I've ever had. Our waitress was very nice too.
