On this trip to Europe, we went to 3 Hard Rock units and Porto was the one that offered the best service among them all. The waitress Renata was extremely friendly and proactive, always anticipating and giving great suggestions. Not to mention that the restaurant is different from all the others, having a cleaner style, with the Portuguese influence in tiles and small details. The food was excellent, I would love to go there once more!

Went for a meal and a few beers and had a great time. Our Waiter Miguel ( Great evening , thank you Miguel ) was entertaining to say the least, and looked after us so superbly.
Portions are large so beware!
This place is housed in and old bank and it is a most impressive place with the most amazing ceilings which are worth a visit in their own right.
All in all a very pleasing experience.

Went here for food yesterday and it was so good! Been to the hard rocks in manchester and koln previously but this was the nicest meal out the 3 of them! I was so full after it loved every bit. Waitress was so helpful with info on porto as it was my first day here! Even got me discount for the stadium tour and museum! thank you

And one of the best experiences we’ve had at any of the Hard Rocks we’ve been to!

Kat looked after us and not only provided a great service but her and the rest of the team really made a big fuss of our 9 month old Rupert.

The food as well was fantastic and it was great to try the new menu. Being a big fan of the legendary burger, I today opted for the moving mountain burger which is meat free.

All excellent and a really good price.
