This small restaurant has been open less than a year. It has a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly service, but I would encourage the chef to focus on the basics of fine sushi and sashimi and not try to innovate with all kinds of combinations of flavors and textures. The miso soup was lukewarm and tasted like it came from a mix, while the sunomono salad had too much vinegar. Overall, I was disappointed in the experience and probably won't return.
