This B&B is a great choice!

It's close to the Avenida metro station on the blue line. Almost all of the sights are at the walking distance, but just to mention a few of my own favourites close by: Estufas greenhouses, Jardim do Torel -park and miradouro, and Lavra funicular easing your climb towards the Graca. All of these are a bit off the most touristic routes, so no waiting and a bit of peace and quiet.

On the other hand we found that the location at the Avenida de Liberdade lacked some everyday amenities like a grocery store due to the fact that the street is mostly occupied by high fashion brands. But if you wandered a bit further to the left or right from the avenue you were rewarded with a more down to earth way of living.

Sincerely Lisboa itself had maybe six or seven rooms at the 4th floor of a building that also hosted clinics and maybe other apartments. Breakfast was super nice and very nicely served at the common area. If you're looking for an option that is not quite a hotel but also not an airbnb apartment, this is your choice. The ladies who run this B&B really made us feel welcome and treated us like friends more than customers.

Rooms were small, but cosy. Everything was rather new, clean, bright and white. Free wifi of course was provided and it worked perfectly. This B&B was a great base for us to rest and gather strength for the days of exploring the city.

Close to the Metro, in a safe and upscale area. Room is simple, uncluttered and comfortable. All the staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast that comes with room is fine way to start the day, although coffee lovers will probably be in search for another cup of something more robust.

It's a first time visit to Lisbon for both myself and my girlfriend. We arrived at Lisbon airport, took the aerobus shuttle ,got off at Marques de Pombal and walked 10mins to Sincerely Lisboa. The B&B is located on Ave da Liberdade next to the culture cinema, a stone throw from the Avenida metro station. It was supposedly easy to find but the girlfriend didn't read the email and therefore we didn't realise the B&B is on the 4th floor of a building that also house many medical clinics on the lower floors.
We were greeted by a very warm welcome as we got out of the lift, Raquel gave us plenty of information about the city before showing us to our room. The room was adequate, exactly what we saw in the picture.
The whole B&B was quiet eventhough every room is occupied, and being high up on the top floor with windows closed, you cannot hear the street nor the traffic. There is air con in the room, so it is comfortable even in very hot weather.
Bathroom/shower cubicle is small but not claustrophobic, again it's very adequate for the price you pay for.
Breakfast is served between 8:30-10:30am, and is prepared for you as and when you are ready.
We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place.
Lastly, we would just like to thank everyone at Sincerely Lisboa for making our visit Lisbon a memorable visit.

The B and B is close to Avenida metro and is the top floor of an apartment building above a clinic.
We had a great welcome from a very friendly receptionist BUT our room faced out over a brick parapet and I found it claustrophobic and was p,eased we were there for just one night to get to the airport for an early flight. We were too early for breakfast but a ham roll and orange juice was left for us.

Stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location, great rooms and a great staff. Folks were so kind and helpful. Air conditioner was great and the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great as well. Next trip to Lisbon will by right back here.
