We were given a very warm welcome as we walked through the door. Staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and wines. Food was delicious and I can thoroughly recommend the poached meringue for dessert, so light and perfect to round off the meal. It is best to book a table as the restaurant was continually busy and this was a Sunday night. Thank you to the staff for a lovely evening.

Didn’t know anything about this place other than it looked busy so decided to try it, waited for a table and we were really glad we did!
The food was excellent along with the service! The waiters were great fun and recommend some great wine. Prices were also good.
Would definitely recommend if you are in Lisbon!

We found this place on TripAdvisor. I was expecting more. The Pica-Pau was very chewy (although the sauce was good).
The seafood cataplan had no taste. This was the worst cataplan of my life.

The checkered table cloths and big wooden chairs oozed welcome. Every table was full with happy talkative Lisboners. Handsome legs of Serona ham were being carved in four locations and the seafood, pastas and tapas being served all looked delicious. My seafood risotto was substantial but not heavy and her salad as fresh and flavorful as one could imagine. And while we waited to be served, the artisan bread provided a small feast itself.A midday delight.

This is a busy restaurant with closely packed tables and an international crowd. It serves hearty authentic Portuguese food and wine. The waiters are helpful. The first time we went it was full, so we booked ahead for the next evening. We enjoyed the seafood here.
