Very outdated. First room i was in was a cupboard (109)! Demanded to be moved as i had requested a terrace , had to show emails as proof.
Bog standard breakfast, same every morning. Breakfast waitress was lovely tho. Not suitable hotel / area for disabled. Drains rattled all day / night long and the room stank (501). Bath in both rooms very slippery & no grab rails in either.More
Stayed three nights here. Smallish room, very small bathroom with door that didn’t close properly and we had to request towels as none provided. No kettle or fridge in room. Breakfast area small and crowded, basic continental breakfast. Twice the chambermaid opened our door without knocking which was alarming. I would probably look for a different hotel if staying in Lisbon again.

Stayed here along with my wife for a short city break , the bathroom covered in mould , hair in the questionable breakfast , money taken from our room, staff incompetent, no customer service , not in the city centre , rough area , no bar or refreshment area , uncomfortable noisy bed , no shower gels or washing facilities, no iron or board , just awful, avoid at any cost - a sub standard hostel at a push , avoid avoid

The room was clean but basic. We discovered that the door was not soundproof, as we heard noisy guests coming and going. The staff told us that it was due to a tour leaving early, but we have stayed in other hotels where this wasn't an issue.
We thought that the charge for breakfast was excessive, so walked 50 metres around the corner to a small restaurant where we enjoyed a good breakfast for a fraction of the hotel price.
Sadly we booked this through BA - one month later we are still waiting for a real response from them.
We wouldn't go there again.

We booked this hotel for a week in July 2018 and paid for the full week in advance through our AMEX travel agent. We wanted two separate beds but they did not have it when we checked in. After three days they transferred us to another room. The room had two separate beds but the air conditioning was not working. It was a hot summer and although we gave the hotel a day to fix it, they did not even bother to get a repairman in. We asked for another room with air conditioning but the hotel was full and so they could not switch our room. We complained to the Front Desk and they tried to book us at their sister hotel without any success. So they told us that they will reimburse us for the 3 nights not used if we want to move to another hotel. This arrangement was confirmed by the Front Desk Clerk with the owner of the hotel. However it is now close to 2 months and the hotel is not giving us the refund nor answering our emails nor replying to AMEX.
So please avoid getting ripped off like us with a poor condition of the hotel and the lack of management integrity.

Paid around 100Euros a night. Our room was on the top floor which sounds great but the view was of the back which was basically concrete. And the lift doesn’t take you to the top. There was no kettle and the crucially the shower pressure was non existent. We had to pick the shower head up to make the water touch the skin.
Breakfast was not included. I paid 10 euros. The toaster was useless and came with marmalade jam only. I had coffee from a machine and paid 10 euros for it.
The location is good for metro links but the city centre is about 30 mins walk.
Reception staff were fantastic, pleasant and helpful. I would recommend for a basic room in an ok location. The room price is far too high for what you get.
