We stayed at this hotel from August 7 till August 10 with 3 persons. Location is not in the city centre. It's a 20 minute walk when you enter the city centre. The hotel is located in a sort of financial district. It is surrounded by banks and some consulates around the corner.

Staff very helpfull and friendly and last but not least multilingual. Staff talks off course Portuguese, Spanish, French and English. But they gave us the wrong information about the subway/underground. When we wanted to visit the football stadium of Sporting, two receptionists said we had to go out at Alvalade and you could see the the football stadium in front of you. We almost walked for 30 - 40 minutes when we had a small view of the football stadium. We asked in that neighbourhood almost 10 local people where we were but they only talked Portuguese. Give the right information in the future.

The room we had was a bit small for three persons. The pictures on the booking sites look bigger. The extra bed wasn't ready yet when we arrived. The door from the shower was broken as well. When we asked for a bigger room. They said it was the largest they had. Okay. We got another room but it were the same measures. Only a double room with a small place for an extra bed. We expected more. And the view was nothing special. The other room wasn't too.

The buffet from the breakfast wasn't huge. You only had a small choice of the buffet. Staff very friendly and multilingual.

Prices of drinks at the bar are cheap. For a beer it is cheaper than in Belgium.

Would I recommend this hotel? Not really for a short family journey. For business? Probably yes.

We stayed at Eurostar Das Letras for 2 Nights as part of our round trip in Portugal. The reception staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We experienced some challenges with our room which was handled very professional and in a way that should be an example for other Hotels.
The hotel i located very nicely close to many highlights i Lisbon. Nice breakfast and courteous staff all over.

ON a quick shopping hiatus in Lisbon I fell in love with this pretty trendy hotel, staff was all kinds of helpful and amicable, rooms top notch and practical for work-leisure stays.
100% blogger/youtuber approved! Minutes away from the main arter of the capital and 15min by walking to downtown Lisbon by foot, loads of shopping, restaurants, theaters in the area and more! Plenty to see and lovely to get lost in the pedestrian street on wondering or letting yourself tour in the Nr. 28 yellow tramway !

We stayed at the Eurostars Das Letras for 4 nights in July 2017. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, and courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and to make our stay a success. The lounge area is warm and inviting. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, and the food was of good quality and taste. The rooms are spacious, and the shower is stellar. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service, ambiance, and quality of their rooms.
