We found this hotel by checking some websites and took the chance in staying here after seeing just how cheap the place was with all the good reviews here on trip advisor
The woman at the reception desk was very, very helpful with information we were asking and providing maps and suggestions were to eat.
The room is basic but more than what we expected, very clean with a view of the sanctuary. The sanctuary is only 5 minute walk so really we couldn't ask for any more.

I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, it will be your worth while

We stayed at Imperhotel after finding a great deal online. The hotel is in a convenient location to the Sanctuary, only about a 5- minutes walk away. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean. Again amazing value for money!!
There is free parking in front of hotel. Breakfast is quite decent and in a lovely room.

Only the mattresses could be a bit comfier and breakfast could have 1 or 2 options more.

The overall experience deserves 4 stars, the 5th star goes to the lovely and helpful girl at reception (sorry we didn't pick up her name). Even more considering she is looking after everything: reception, breakfast and rooms. Well deserved!!

I`ve been in far better hotels, but not at such a low price. The staff could benefit from being a bit friendlier, but the cleanliness is good and the breakfast excellent. Location for the basilica and restaurants is also good. The room is fairly basic, but it would not be reasonable to expect more for your buck.

Thie is a very clean hotel with a good continental breakfast and an English speaking staff. It is a short walk to the shrine and the area is well lit at night if you plan to go to the nightly candle-light procession. Since we only had one night and one day in Fatima, we contracted with an excellent English speaking guide, Vitor Faria of Taxis Faria (fariav@hotmail.com, 919-855-294) to drive us to the homes of the children of Fatima which are a distance from the city. He also took us to the incredible Knights Templar Castle at Tomar and to the Roman aqueducts all in one afternoon.

This hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood behind the Sanctuary. There is hardly a souvenir shop in sight and the streets are not flooded with hoards of tourists.

The hotel has a contemporary design. Our room was bright and clean and have hardwood flooring. The only improvement we would desire is firmer, fluffier pillows, and a bigger TV.
