What a wonderful stay we had here, we were a group of 14 ladies, the excellent service from maria on reception helped us settle into our stay, the rooms were truly amazing!!! We all had different, but all equally well cleaned & services. The pool and area was immaculately clean with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was ample for what we needed, very fresh & no hesitation if more was needed. All staff were so helpful & friendly especially the lovely lady at the bar who helped us surprise our birthday girl. Will highly recommend. Thank you for a fabulous weekend stay. X

So this is really a hotel apartment with a kitchen. If you are unlucky and booked a room on the east side, you’re facing the road and the accompanying street noise. You also don’t have a veranda. The property has a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness gym but strangely, I didn’t see a single person using it in the three days I stayed. The room is generously large but for me, it’s just a smokescreen. Everything in it seemed to jump out of a DIY store. Sure, there are three beds but all undersized. The shower-tub is also claustrophobic. Airconditioning is centralized and sadly during our stay it was on heater mode despit the relatively warm weather. You’d be better off opening the windows but without grills, you couldn’t help but be paranoid about security. It’s a good thing there is free wi-fi and cable TV carries enough English channels including FOX, CNN, AXN. Breakfast is simple but above average. Even if you are in relative isolation, there is a supermarket (Spar) just behind the property and the train station is about a 15 minute walk. Along the way you will pass by the park where you may be lucky enough to catch a flea market. Cascais is just one stop from Estoril and there you have Rainha beach as well as tourist shops, restaurants, a mall, and the literally Jumbo supermarket that thankfully closes at 10 pm. The rest of the stores are closed by 8. Staff could be friendlier and most of the time, seem distant. Overall, just an OK stay.

Room Tip: Rooms on the east side of the lower floor (3rd) get all the noise from the street and don't have a terrace.

Didn't like the opening times indoor pool 9.30 ??until 12 then 5.30 till 9?? Also charge to use sauna and steam room 5 euro nothing about this on booking otherwise would have picked another hotel .it's in a urban neighbourhood and hear dogs barking everytime someone walks past. They don't pick up the dog mess either .building work going on opposite hotel.breakfast appalling. Went down 8.50 on last day no cooked food just empty tray breakfast until 10am?? Juice from machine sweet syrup and country full of oranges and a 4 star hotel cannot provide fresh orange juice.suggest going next door cafe for breakfast.no entertainment. Staff friendly and given a bottle fizz for birthday thankyou for that if I went again would stay in cascais as too much walking and buses never on time no evening meals and cafe next door closed at 8 pm outdoor pool freezing tennis courts 3 euro hire

We spent four nights in a one bedroom apartment with with a view of the pool. Our apartment was large and had a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. It had a large balcony that was off the bedroom and the living room. The apartment was clean and the wifi worked well. We were able to find free parking on the street close to the hotel. The hotel was in a good location close to lisbon and perfect for a day trip to Sintra or Guincho beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The only negative of our stay was that every morning they were doing some renovations and there was loud hammering for a few hours.

My third stay at this wonderful hotel. The first 2 stays with my wife, but on this occasion with 12 blokes on a golfing week. The rooms are an excellent size, with all the amenities you need, and are kept spotless by the cleaning staff. All the staff are helpful and friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. The pool area is lovely, and always plenty of sun beds available. If there is one fault, I would have to say that the breakfast is a little disappointing, otherwise I would have rated it 5*.

Room Tip: Look at the hotel website for room options.
