Reviewed 30 April 2015

I read just now a review which stated that in December 2014 the breakfast was small. Well things have clearly changed because there was scrambled eggs and sausages every day + the usual cheese, ham, jam etc etc.
You have to pay 5 euros for Internet access for 24 hours but it costs more in the UK and the connection was perfect in this hotel right opposite the casino.
I was unlucky in being in a room on the side next to a night club but as long as you know to avoid that the life in this hotel is very pleasant, very friendly and helpful staff in a great location.
I have just been late April so the prices will be go up soon I guess but I would highly recommend it either way. I booked through the Tourist Office in Lisbon and got a reduction from 45 to 30 euros I think, each night.
Go for it!

Room Tip: NOT the side rooms facing the night-club! Casino-facing should be fantastic as it also gives a view over the sea.

I've been in Lisbon and Estoril a few times and this was definitely the best hotel in terms of value for money. The rooms were excellent and very cozy, with everything you would expect from the typical hotel, except for the mini-bar.
The breakfast was small but had a bit of everything, and it was delicious so it's impossible not to enjoy the food.
The location is superb, as you are literally a couple steps away from the casino and it takes about 5 minutes walking to get to the beach.
The only downside is the lack of free Wi-Fi, which doesn't make a lot of sense.

Nice room with very good location just in front of the casino. Walking distance to Estoril beach and close to Cascais. Surrounded with a choice of restaurants. Quite and safe area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room Tip: Double room facing the Casino

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and 5 month baby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was on forth floor, good size and very clean. asked for a double when booking but got a twin but apart from that very happy. beds were confortable and nice quality sheets. There is a lovely walk way by the sea to nearby town Cascais. Close to train station.

This hotel has superb location. 3 minutes from the beach and the railway station and across the road from the casino. Judged from the outside and the entrance hall it gives the impression of a moderately cheap hotel with all the essentials for a nice stay. Well, the hotel seems to be in decay, the cleanliness is not great, my bathroom had leaks everywhere and there is a general smell of dampness. There is a lovely bar next to reception but... wait for it... only sells non-alcoholic drinks. There is also a total lack of human warmth.
