We had the best meal of our holiday in the restaurant here. Michelin star quality and amazing value. A three course meal for 2 with one glass of wine and water 30 Euros! Good service too. Worth visiting just for the food. Most of the other diners were locals. You may need to book.

The large building with its surrounding park, near the sea is transformed into a museum with large collection of paintings, furniture, ceramics etc. An absolute highlight in Cascais.

Fantastic gallery, really good exhibitions, friendly staff, clean toilets, good coffee and very close to the town centre.
Absolutely excellent exhibition of work by Herb Ritz.

This small, well-designed museum features two to four special, temporary exhibits. When I was last there in December, 2017 they had a impressive exhibit of more than 100 photos by Herb Ritts. It is definitely worth checking on the current exhibits when you are visiting Cascais. General admission is 3 euros, and free if you are 65+.

We had Americans Living In Portugal Thanksgiving Dinner Event with over 70 people in attendance. The food was good, the tables were set elegantly and then ambience was perfect. In addition , the center hosts many excellent exhibitions and brings rich cultural events to our area of Portugal.
Interesting history of Cascais that is very informative.
