Lovely room on the 4th floor. Great view to the sea and marina beyond. Pool area was lovely and well maintained. Hotel clean and tidy. Friendly staff.. Good breakfast each morning which did not change much but even so plenty to eat.

Room Tip: 4th floor was very quiet with large balconies

Situated about a ten minute walk from the heart of Cascais, this hotel was perfect for exploring. The walk is up/down a hill, but nothing too onerous. The decor is a little dated and tired, but clean and comfy. The pool, which was clean and heated, was a bonus in the Portuguese heat. We could usually get a sun bed when we returned from our days out. The family room was large....a suite, comprising of a double room and a living area with a single bed for my son. The double balcony was spacious with views of the sea.
Breakfast was adequate, simple but delicious ....continental style. Staff were helpful and friendly!

We stayed here for 5 nights in August after a couple of days in Lisbon......
The Hotel is quite old and a little tired but don't let that put you off...We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and you have everything you need. The public areas are clean and tidy. The garden area is very pleasant and then there's the swimming pool, the very reason I booked this hotel over others....the pool is well looked after, cleaned every morning and the water is clear and at a very nice temperature..
The hotel is a 10 min stroll to the seafront and most of the restaurants in the hub off the town, but if you are not old or infirm, it is a pleasant stroll....
We will definitely return to this hotel as soon as possible....

This hotel was oldfashioned but tidy. Especially the balcony, breakfast and pool were all very nice. The tap handles weren't handy but manageable. We should have had a minibar in our room but for some reason we didn't. The air conditioner left the room too warm.

As most reviews on TA, the hotel's facilities are old and dated. The lift would take ages to arrive. We would have taken the stairs as we were on the 2nd floor but we were lugging kitesurfing equipment almost everyday. Room facilities are basic and wifi almost non existent. However, what gives this place 4stars in my opinion is the staff especially the housekeeping. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. We always bring back half the beach with us in the shower after a day of kitesurfing ( no matter how much we tried to shake off the sand!). And every evening, we would find the room impeccable! Clean and sand free. The hotel is about 5to 8min walk to the center of the town.. Parking is available . One of the cheaper places we found during peak season. Would re book the place again.
