We stayed 4 nights in this guest house on our roundtrip at Lissabon coastal area. The place is located approx 2 km from the Cascais center and there's smaller town center with few restaurants and minimarket within 500 m. There's lots of free parking spaces along the streets near the guest house. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady and also the owner was very polite and friendly. The place itself is nice (especially the garden) and the rooms are spacious enough. The only big downside for us was the air quality in the rooms. The bathrooms are very stale and altho there's a little fan it doesn't do enough to keep the moisture away so there's definitely mold in the bathrooms. If you're staying 1 or 2 nights and you're not very sensitive this shouldn't be a problem but if you have health issues related to air quality this should be taken into notice when choosing your place to stay.

Nice well equipped guesthouse outside the cascais city center. Very warm welcoming and we got a lift by the owner to center with sight seeing. Good bed and clean room with balcony, free wifi. dvd player, air conditioning. Good breakfast. Some stairs. Drinks to buy. Green patio for sunny days. Very affordable price. Recommend.

Me and a friend stayed here late September and we had the best stay ever.
I haven't done many B&Bs before and was slightly worried on how I would like it as I'm used to a lot of privacy in a hotel.
First off our welcome was so warm. After a terrible taxi driver that was a bit scary on the way there I was so grateful to meet the hosts.

The hosts-
The lovely hosts were so kind and generous. They spent most of their time checking the weather for us, telling us about local events , driving us to the train stations, booking us tables at restaurants, giving us the best tips on where to go and at what times, making us laugh and overall just being beautiful people. They really made our holiday stay feel so comfortable.

Bedrooms-
The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Hairdryer, toiletries, cleaners (there were new towels everyday without fail),TV, dvds, lamps, aircon, blackout curtains

Communal areas-
Really pretty, very home like and spacious. We ate breakfast outside most days.

Pool area-
Small pool but all you need. Very clean and refreshing. There was building work going on next door which I think the hosts were annoyed about too and did there best to help accomodate us so we had as much privacy as possible.

Breakfast-
I'm not a huge fan of continental breakfast but I made the most if the toastie machine and they had tea bags! The Portuguese do amazing pastries and it would've been nice to see some at breakfast. Plus the milk should be kept in the fridge that's my only criticism.

Location-
Location was beautiful in a very residential area. We felt very very safe. It was quite a walk into cascais itself but you could rent bikes at the bottom of the road for free and the coastal paths were gorgeous. But if not it was only €2.80 to get there in an uber.

Tips-
1.use uber every time it's so convinient and we found it much cheaper than the local cabs.

2. Get the train to lisbon it is so cheap and a gorgeous trip. My me favourite city.

3.buses go to sintra too. Try and get the local bus that drives back at sunset it is out of this world.

Thankyou for our stay. You made our holiday perfect and will reccomend to everyone !

We were renting in Lisbon but there was a huge festival the whole month of June so we had to get away. This guest house was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and we awoke to a delicious hospitality breakfast. We ate outside and listened to the two cockatiels chirping away and the breeze whispering through the trees. Duarte was a great host and recommended a wonderful restaurant for us. We walked to the store to pick up a few things. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed although we didn't prepare any food, just snacks. We stayed two nights and were refreshed enough to head back to Lisbon.

We spend two nights as a family in this nice hostel. There's a tv corner and reading corner at the basement. You can walk out into the garden and choose to have your breakfast outside or inside. There's a shared kitchen with a fridge to store your drinks and other food.
