Wanted to stay on the north shore, so chose this place, two nights. Was OK, but not blown away. So-so value for the money. Accommodations OK, but a bit noisy at night being center of town. Restaurant average, a bit expensive, service average. Front desk help quite good. Nice property, well maintained. Location convenient, a short drive/long walk to the water...nice waterfront area in this town. English not widely spoken by staff.

- when we arrived, the bungalow we had booked was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a suite
- the suite was spacious, nicely decorated and had three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms
- unfortunately there was a wedding party in the hotel and there was quite some noice during the night (music and fireworks)
- wifi is available, but not in the rooms
- you can have dinner, which is cheap, but not that good (kids hamburger was burned, our veggies were overcooked)
- after two days we could move into a bungalow on our request (the bungalow had a kitchenette, so we could prepare our own dinner)
- the bungalow was clean, but small (kids had to sleep in the livingroom/kitchen on a sofabed)
- the place is charming and has a nice garden
- staff is helpfull

We were only here for one night due to a cancelled flight. It's an interesting place, with a beautiful botanical garden in the back and it's about 20 minutes from the city. We stayed in Room 114, which is close to the road, and very surprisingly is very noisy with traffic very late into the night. Also, there are very few window screens on this island this hotel didn't have them, also no A/C so when it's humid in summer, it can be stuffy. We slept with windows open and there weren't many bugs so that was good but there were dogs barking quite late and the traffic made it hard to sleep. (We were surprised there would be so much traffic noise after midnight in this tiny town.) Breakfast buffet was decent, and scrambled eggs were included. It's a lovely place on the grounds but I'd say any room near 114 should be avoided.

Room tip: Seek one of the cottages toward the botanical garden, away from the road.

This restaurant is the first place we stopped to get a bite to eat in the middle of the day. Can't speak for the accommodations but were able to check out the restaurant which was quaint and simple. The food was straight forward and well executed but the price was really extravagant. Unfortunately for us, we didn't know what else to expect and went with it. Service, cleanliness and all that stuff seemed average to me but I was really blown away with the pricing of the food... tasted great and was well done but checking out other places that have better value and portions would not entice me to return here unless I didn't have any other options.

Very nice staff, the apartments are very big and spacious.
Do not order half board, poor quality food, we even got the same menu day 1 and 3.
The bathroom in our apartment needs upgrading. The wc-chair was so tightly placed between the wall and the shower cabin I could not fit on it.
The wifi only works in the restaurant and pool area.
