Villas joinal is one of the best places I have stayed. 2 bed villas are very spacious and comfortable and very equipped with everything you need.ie washing machine dishwasher bbq on
Patio. full size cooker. 2 bathrooms and very comfortable. Lovely staff and very helpful. I will definitely return.
Very spacious villas - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and extra fold up bed if you need it. Spotlessly clean inside and out. Regular housekeeping with regular changes of towels and sheets. Very good facilities in kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. 2 showers with small bath in one. 2 lovely pools - 1.2 metres in one end and deeper at the other end. Lovely kids pool also. Very near to some lovely restaurants - you must give Bella Piatta a try. Very near beaches, albufeira, algarve shopping centre. A car is probably a must. Close to everything but yet not in the centre of Albufeira madness. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again next year.
The swimming pool is great size right behind our villa #3. BBQ facilities is great, we love BBQ for dinner after whole day on the beach and pool.
Kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine, big fridge, all works functional and good condition! Two bathroom/ shower one downstairs and other upstairs also really good.
Location is perfect to visit many beaches around the area. Supermarket close by as well. Easy to park the car right outside of the villa.

Spent a week here with my hubby and kids (5&8) at the end of August beginning of September and we really had a amazing time.
The villas are ideally located within the quiet town and gave us a real sense of ‘getting away’. Not far from some larger towns, we did travel into the old town for a day but Sesmarías had plenty enough for us and a more relaxed atmosphere. Restaurants and bars are spread out quite far so we did use Uber to save us in the heat as well as getting us to and from the supermarket (Aldi was about 4 Euros). Villas were walking distance to a couple of beaches— Castelo was the one we enjoyed the most.
The villa had everything we could have needed, they were clean and comfortable. Air con was fab and we used the BBQ which was a nice touch, even better that when I went to clean it all out the next day the cleaners had already seen to it!! Thank you!
The cleaners came all but two days (Sunday/weds) and were friendly and helpful. Marita on reception was great and communicated well with me prior to our trip she managed to get us a pool view which was appreciated. I think all bar 2/3 villas have a pool view.
The pool area was always clean and many times we had the pool to ourselves — even when we didn’t there was plenty enough space for everybody to enjoy and was never crowded. We used the sun beds and umbrella from our patio and it was just sunshine heaven! ☀️
We spent a couple of evenings in the sports bar round the corner where the owner was friendly and accommodating. Spent time in the Dubliner up the road who do the biggest portions of food for the price I have ever seen!
Scoobies bar is a must for families....wish we found it earlier. Food great and staff lovely. They have an area for your luggage so you can spend the day here prior to travelling home. Nice restaurants locally would definitely recommend Jompra and Solars das Oliveiras both served up amazing food with lovely staff and great atmospheres.
Overall we were really happy with the accommodation and it’s location based on the price we paid and will go back for a relaxing modest budget holiday.
The 2 storey apartment was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. I appreciated the dining area which could accommodate 6 and the bathrooms on each floor. The location is ideal being close to several beaches and away from the heavy tourist hustle and bustle of Albufeira. I plan to return with my family.
