Our family has stayed at this complex on and off for the last 27 years. Unfortunately we will not be staying again. We noticed something amiss when we arrived and was greeted by a frosty receptionist. A few days in after the ‘cleaners’ had performed their 5 minute clean, the frosty receptionist started shouting at us saying that a towel had excrement on it and that it was ruined. We could not believe it. We asked to see it and it was definitely chocolate. We washed it and handed this (not ruined) item back like new. We have put up with the dated villa over the years but there obviously now is a lack of maintenance as can be seen in the pictures. In addition, the cost had risen 50% since last year. Enough is enough. We will never stay here again and advise you reading this to do the same.

Our 2nd time at this lovely & quiet apartment within Parque Monte Verde. Marita & Manuel are excellent & hospitable hosts & the apartment is clean with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

Fourth time we've been to this resort and still great. Not fancy but very clean and quiet. We always hire a car as its around four or five miles to the centre of Albufeira but its also a great location to visit most of the Algarve.
We had a bit of an issue this time with one of our air conditioning units but it was fixed pretty quickly.
