We are just back from a stay of 5 days in this fantastic property. We stayed in Villa Pescada which is a 3 bedroom villa with most amenities. Our villa had extensive grounds which allowed the children to run around and have some fun. We had use of a shared pool which we luckily had to ourselves as the villa next to us remained empty. The villa got cleaned every day other than Sunday and this was hugely appreciated. We did bring to notice to the company that the lights in the barbecue area was not working and were pleasantly surprised that they sent maintenance guys the very next day and sorted it. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There is a washing machine in the kitchen along with a dishwasher.

The rooms were large and spacious but as we were the first people to check in for the season in our villa, the first night was really quite cold. also the rooms had not been aired before our visit. This was a a minor hindrance, although something we noted.

The senior staff Mirita and Luis were very welcoming to us and in our brief interaction with them they gave us lot of tips to enjoy the area.

I would really like to go back as our stay was very comfortable.

Big pros - the villas are in a quieter part of Albufeira, in Vale Parra and this had it's own charm as we felt we were living in close proximity of the locals in the area. The location of the property meant it was within good distance of some lovely beaches - e.g Oura, Gale, Benagil Caves, Miranha beach. A barbecue outside all of the villas, and use of shared communal pool and play area.

We stayed here last week and what a lovely warm welcoming little complex. Arrived after midnight so had been left a key in a keybox at reception with all instructions e mailed before leaving. Apartment was spotless and fully equipped with lovely balcony, perfect for watching the best sunsets ever! Manuel is a great man who is more than willing to help with anything and keeps an eye out for what's going on without being invasive. Lovely pool,never crowded . Tapas bar next door is a must and the restaurant/takeaway opposite is a must. Discovered a lovely little cocktail/food bar 5 minutes down the road. Local supermarket well stocked and a great breakfast there on first morning. These apartments are just the place for a chilled break. Will be back .

We stayed in one of the villas for a week, lovely and relaxing, very peaceful and quiet. Manuel was very helpful with anything that you asked him. Not a lot to do around here but only a short taxi ride into the centre for some lovely food and entertainment. Poolside bar was shut but no explanation as to why. We had a lovely sunny week, just what we needed.
