A stylish and comfortable hotel in a spectacular location. The staff were friendly yet professional. The cooking was of a superb standard and made the most of local ingredients combining flavours in a refreshing and innovative way.

Room Tip: The two level rooms have steep stairs. Sea views are wonderful.

This is a stunning little hotel on the edge of a little fishing village way down in the south of the Mani.

The hotel itself sits on the waters edge and is tranquil in the extreme. The rooms are beautifully done-out with simple and tasteful decorating. The sea view rooms are a little bit more expensive but are well worth it.

The staff are charming and relaxed; many are happy to chat about the hotel and the region or just pass the time of day. The front desk staff (which includes the owner) are super helpful and are happy to suggest walks and places to go.

The restaurant is brilliant - it is busy most evenings. The food reflects the local style and is beautifully presented and is good value for really top quality local cuisine.

This was four days of bliss.

We have visited the hotel in the middle of august for 7 nights. Our room was the tower one, not very comfortable but in general ok for a couple with one kid. It was very clean and have been cleaning the room and changing towels daily. The view was from our room great. The location of the hotel is fantastic, isolated and offers the most expensive "good" which is silence. The sea which right in front of the hotel is crystal clean. One can say that this hotel is simply "blessed". However, we have been very disappointed by the food, from breakfast to dinner and the service. Breakfast was "served" not buffet, a mix of fruits, 2 fried pancakes, a variety of jams (a tea spoon for each jam) 3 small pieces of cheese, some olives and baby tomatoes. Eggs not included and one could order same at a cost. Dinner and lunch were equally over-sophisticated and so much mixed that someone could barely understand the ingredients. What happened to the plain local delicious dishes ??? Service was very slow , sometimes forgetting things but i could say that the limited staff was putting too much effort to keep up with the customers. In general, our impression was good we had a wonderful time and will be definitely returning there.
