This hotel is more than 20 min walk into town. We arrived before check in time and store our luggage in storage. But when we got back to hotel at 5pm, all 3 rooms very not ready yet. The hotel need to replace there towels.

Seems more of a business hotel, but we were made welcome as tourists and there is plenty of information about Ghent available in the foyer. Rooms are spacious and well presented, we have stayed before and this time had a huge walk in shower. Very quiet, hotel was busy but never heard other guests. Reception staff pleasant and efficient.

This was my first visit to Ghent and the hotel was perfect for me. Very comfortable bedroom and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The only down side is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the river which takes you into the historical centre of Ghent. Of course this could be a bonus!

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy with room, hotel and restaurant. Everyone really helpful especially the bar / restaurant staff who were great.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom with power shower was fab. We have only given a four star review as there was a large hole in the wall from bathroom to main room but did not affect accommodation at all but did look a bit unsightly.

Was around a 25 minute walk in to centre of Ghent along the canal which was a pleasure to do and we walked it several times without any problems once being late at night.

This hotel is in a residential district with a nursery next door but was really quiet.

If you stay here try the restaurant. Evening dinner was a gastronomical delight, fabulous food. We did not have breakfast here but it was 15 Euro's per person.

Room Tip: We were on the second floor and it was really quiet.

The hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center, very close to several ways for public transportation (bus and tram). Parking is easy, possibly at the sides of the hotel. Otherwise a 24-hour ticket costs 3 euro. The rooms are nearly perfect with airconditioning and a beautiful bathroom. One little aspect though: to take a shower one must stand in the bath tub. Not a big issue, but climbing in and out can be a slippery experience (especially for elderly people).
A nespresso device makes tasty coffee and the restaurant serves a great bunch of food and breakfast.

Room Tip: No recommendation. The location is very quiet, especially at nights.
