Inside Raddison Blue hotel in Brussels, this nice 2 stars Michellin seafood (mainly) restaurant arises.
There were 2 options on the course menu sistem, but none with the food we´re looking for (lobster plate). So we decided by the samples orders itselves. But the very kind waiters gave us many itens of the regular menu, before the ones we indeed ordered. That was nice! Also we chose one of the wines suggested by the courses menu.
The great moment although, was when the main dish arrived, under a spetacular preparation of the sauce, from the squeesed lobster shelves, what was amazing! very tasty and worthfull (little bit overpriced...). Michellin was not wrong...
