Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife. First the room, clean and ok, but the bed was old and worn. Pillows were worn and flat was well. No I did not say anything, and this is where my expectations from years as a Marriott Platinium member come in. A quality bed is an expectation having one does not mean a hotel did well, it means they met the expectations. This one did not. Additionally, we only had wash clothes the first 2 mornings, after that the hotel was ‘out’. Yes it was a busy weekend, is that a reason or an excuse? Because of status we could enjoy the executive lounge, however, we found it to be busy and dirty several times. That is probably due to being very busy.
In all of our time in the hotel, we only saw the restaurant manager twice, and a member of the executive team only in the lobby when we checked out. If a hotel is that busy, it should be leadership of the hotel helping departments that are overwhelmed. The restaurant was very busy in the morning. The staff we encountered were very pleasant especially the restaurant staff. I might give this another chance, after a room refresh, they certainly need that.More
