Very good hotel. There is a private parking (Inside garage) at minimum costs. The central market place (grote markt) is on walking distance, so many other events and Nice thing to see. Clean rooms and fine beds. A bottle water at the first dat. To bad that there is no café machine in the room.

The hotel is a typical business-style hotel. Clean, very convenient for the city centre and moderately priced. Most of the staff were friendly, though a couple less so. Breakfast was reasonable, we didn't eat any main meals in the hotel as the centre of the city is awash with all manner of restaurants (though they all seem to be about 50 - 75% more expensive than the UK.

The hotel looks good in the photos, however rooms are small, probably smaller then European standards.
We hardly had room to open a standard 26" suitcase if not on the bed.
A/C didn't work either, we were there for one night so we didn't want to fuss

The reception guy I encountered was rather curt and not very communicative. He did speak English. Other reception people were better, as I later found out. There was a faint aroma in the hallway, but fortunately the room did not smell. The room was on the 7th floor. There was no special view out of the window other than just rooftops. The room contained a twin sized bed, which was surprising but acceptable because I was staying solo. There was no room to room noise, though hallway noises could be heard. Fortunately, the room was an end unit, not close to an elevator. There was no minibar (the hotel industry's worst invention) though they did provide a refrigerator and a bottle of water. No coffee/tea etc. Plugging in a laptop to the wall was not very convenient because there was no available outlet close to the desk. I had to run a wire across the room to the closest outlet, which constituted a tripping hazard. The free breakfast was very basic, with scrambled egg, meat cuts like ham, cheese slices and a variety of breads. I don't eat red meats, so it was boring and I could not have lasted on it more than 2 days in a row. After the room was made up, I noticed the housekeeping staff had not cleared some hair which remained in the sink from the night before. Made me wonder how much cleaning they actually do beyond the initial check-in. Also, they don't provide a 2nd bottle of water beyond the first day. The hotel is located in close walking distance to center city attractions. It is a 10 minute walk to the Brussels Central train station, provided you feel up to it when you're rolling baggage. I utilized their shuttle service to the train station for a fixed 10 euro fee added to the room charge. The free wifi was spotty, it came and went. I did not utilize their dining room other than the breakfast. There are many dining options close by. Overall, it was an average hotel.

We got to the hotel at around noon, we saved our bags on the front desk because check in is at 3PM and went out to lunch.

The hotel is incredibly well located, it is in walking distance to the Grand Place, Manneken Pis, Jenneke Pis and most touristic attractions. It is also within walking distance from many public transportation stations.

We were assigned room 104 on the first floor (second floor for Americans), the room was spacious, well decorated, the bed was extremely confortable (which was important as we were traveling to rest).

Unfortunately the internet at the hotel was slow and intermittent, something unforgivable for a hotel that receives many people traveling for work, also our room was next to a street, and you can hear al the noise from outside and made our sleep less than confortable.

The staff is nice and helpful specially the ones on breakfast. This is a good hotel because of the location, but if your looking for some quietness ask for a room on the back better.

Room tip: View rooms are not worth it because of the noise.
