This is an upscale restaurant with an elegant cool, white decor. But there is nothing snooty about the service or the clientele.I arrived on my own and the waiters went to a lot of trouble to move a single table and set it up for me. The menu is full of very gourmet sounding dishes but they also specialise in moules and frites in a variety of sauces. I settled for moules in a rich garlic and cream sauce which was superb and the moules were plump and delicious. I started with fish soup which was first rate but before that I was served with a delightful amuse bouche consisting of a tempura prawn and a ball of foie gras in a poppy seed coat. They did not have wine by the glass or half bottles. They opened a bottle of Sauvignon for me and charged me for what I consumed. I had half the bottle which cost 11 €.
