We had an excellent dinner at the Sentro, the new brasserie at the Hilton Grand Place.

Pauline provided perfect service.

Prefer a table next to the window with a nice view on city centre.

Started with 2 GT and followed with seabass carpaccio and calamari with tomato quinoa.

The menu is Spanish infused with great belgian touches.

Our mains was the grilled octopus with bell pepper ( great cooking method melting in the mounts) and sweetbreads with belgian white endives, marvellous way to make a perfect belgian dish.

A bit pricey but to-date a nice environment and in Brussels city centre there are not that many left.

Belga Queen is our other favourite but tables need reservation.

This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price, but the best part is it's location in relation to the center of Brussels and proximity to Grand Place. Would highly recommend if you looking for a Hilton-type place to stay. If you are into more "charming" boutique hotels, then the Hilton may not be the best choice.

This is my second visit here and have been so well reminded how much I love this hotel!!!

First, the location just could not be better. A stones throw from Grand Place and all things Belgium. Tonight we fell in love with the lights, decorations and Christmas markets!

Second, the service is amazing. They treat you like royalty here!

We got an upgraded room which is probably the largest room I’ve ever had in Europe. Not missing one detail. Large, comfortable and everything you need!

Finally, the executive lounge and the breakfast are the icing on the cake. Fantastic!

I can’t imagine why anyone would be disappointed staying here. It’s a lovely hotel!!

We ordered simple dishes (one salad and one hamburger). They were good and tasty but we had to wait for more than one hour for our food to be served.

Great location just a few yards away from Central Station. Staff on reception very friendly and given an upgrade to executive room and free breakfast in recognition of my Gold status with Hilton Honors.
Rooms a good size (uk plug sockets!) with decent sized bathroom and a great power shower and separate bath.
Breakfast selection was wide and varied and only slight drawback was the small lounge area if taking coffee during meetings but I believe the other bigger later unheard is currently being refurbished and will be available again soon.
Will stay here again as convenient Central location and great service.

Thank Fonbolo
