Pleasant decor in the main dining area with lovely view of the garden in the adjoining room.
Pizzas were large with crisp base and good value.
Service a little slow, but friendly.

With a group of more than 20 retired people we had lunch there. It was in walking distance of our 'Aperitif place' at one of our colleagues home. We enjoyed being in a side room and hence enjoyed some privacy. All participants were satisfied about their meal and the service provided.

Folks, if by any chance you're like me: a pizza lover. And if by chance, you're reading this review; please that this into account: those guys are the best in class for Pizze in Waterloo.

They're the real one from Italy, they know what a good pizza is and they offer it at the correct price range. The rest of the food is quite valid too, but they're definitely to ones to appoint for pizza.

A very good value for money is coming alongside a very good service! The owners are funny and very kind.

Great food, great service, terrific ambiance. They even managed to interpret my tortured French inadvertently, but forgivably, mingled with Italian and, inexplicably, Spanish. Well worth a visit. Great solo, couples, groups or families.

Our family dined at Ciao to celebrate a new job. They open for dinner at 18:30 and we were seated at that time with no reservation. Our host showed us to a great table in the unique front parkour dining area. There is also a terrace which is open in the spring.
Menus were given immediately and the specials described. When our waiter came to take our order he made some suggestions which turned out to be spot on. Our food arrived in short order, with steam emerging from a calzone and fresh cheese sprinkled on top of the risotto. Throughout the evening we felt very welcome and look forward to returning soon!
