We first visited San Telmo because it looked appealing when we strolled the neighborhood during our 4-day visit to The Hague.
Our server, Manuel, recommended that we start with an assortment of tapas accompanied by a delicious Malbec, and we selected a fish and rib eye steak as main courses. We were blown away by the perfectly grilled and seasoned dishes.
We returned on our last night, and asked the very nice Argentinian owner, Ariel, for suggestions. What followed was another series of excellent appetizers and beautiful grilled dorado and filet.
Definitely eat at San Telmo. We wish we had another evening here.
Allow time to linger, savor the food, and definitely try the flan Catalan (best creme brûlée ever!!)
