So nice to sit out on the square shielded from the breeze by a see through canopy, really enjoyed the tasty Fajita which was great value at 10 Euro coupled with two unusual beers, the service was friendly and was welcome at the end of a busy Saturday's sightseeing.

It is cosy place right in the centre of Delft - the Markt. I think they have attractive prices, nice summer terrace and good cuisine. There is nothing special in my opinion - but it is a good choice for the small dinner or lunch - it is just so nice to sit therte and enjoy your coffee or vine. Service perfect! I made an order and then change it without any objections from the staff as it often happens.

Had meal here tonight (26th April ) and ordered from what looked like a good seasonal menu.
We shared starter of mushroom/bell pepper/goats cheese truffles and rocket which was very tasty. 45 minutes later our main courses arrived! I had the salmon/asparagus and new potatoes (19.50 Euros) my husband had the Chicken Satay Skewers. Plates were cold, salmon was hot but vegetables were Luke warm and tasted very earthy. This may be how they taste in Holland but if you like the stronger tasting 'green' asparagus and sweet tasting new potatoes then beware.
My husbands meal was also luke warm other than the chips.

Given that this restaurant is rated 14th out of over 160 in Delft we are very surprised. Meal including a bottle of wine was 56 Euros.

We left disappointed as nice location and decor but poor meal for us.

Tasty pizza, simpele but good menu with some Beers. Fine lemon cheescake desert. Dark café kind of atmosphere. The stadhuis is right in front, walk around it. Nice to see while youre there, busstops around the corner.
