The menu is quite diverse and seems to come in either meat or vegetarian varieties and was lovely. I believe i had the Muglai, with vegetables. You basically tell them how spicy you want it and they will do their best for you, and the Muglai was that wonderful balance of sweet and spicy that tastes amazing when you cover your rice in it.
The rice was cooked with what must be wizardry, not very salty yet still divine, and plenty if you need it; and the naan bread was incredibly moorish.
My friend is also vegan and she seemed to have a wonderful time, there were appropriate starters and an appropriate main that were according to her wonderful.
Lastly, the waiter was very patient and polite. His english was great (and obviously he speaks Nederlands) and we had a great time with him.
Minor nit-pick, the menu is a bit vague. But the waiter made that not a problem.
