Won't be using this hotel again. Stayed in 2017 and it was perfect. Stayed in 2024 and the difference is like day and night. Dreadful. No soundproofing. Two towels for two people for tree nights but had to use one on the bathroom floor because the shower overflows. I did ask for another one and did get one but it had disappeared when I got back to the room in the evening. No television. Two rats ran out of the doorway on the outside. Homeless people rooting around in the bin in the outside seating area. Didn't look forward to going back to the hotel and relaxing at the night time so just stayed out until late every day. Couldn't sleep at night because of constant banging in the corridor and couldn't really have the window open because of shouting, talking and smoking outside my window. Need I say more

Clean space with everything we needed for a short stay. Convenient location near transport links. Only issue (and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) was that the ceiling tiles in our room moved and were noisy every time someone in our corridor used their door.

Its good for what you pay, especially in Amsterdam!
If it only for 3 nights stay its good and clean. If you are a explorer who will go in room only for sleep i recomend this. It was clean,cozy and quiet. What more do you want from a hotel, and reasonable price
