Hotel in middle of nowhere, 30€ by taxi from airport. They provide free airport shuttle but surprisingly they don’t mention it on booking confirmation so when u arrive u don’t know and pay taxi. Hotel is not bad but for 200€ / night i would expect much more. Room was cold and took time to heat it up, in restaurant was only limited menu and when i ordered steak of the day waitress didn’t even ask me how should be cooked, so i received burned chewing gum (see picture). Breakfast is reach and nice. To the town it takes at least 45minutes by public transport - tram or train from airport. So finally i recommend to decrease price or increase quality ;-)

We are with family returning to the Philippines after a trip in Poland. Our Klm flight to Manila was cancelled because of Typhoon Ompong. Because I am a sky priority status Klm booked us at this hotel. We were given 2 nights. The housekeeper forgot to clean our rooms but the night duty manager was kind enough to give us towels and tissue papers for our use. Breakfast is good, we appreciate what Klm did to us. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is free. So we use the train to go to Amsterdam central station around 20 minutes travel to enjoy Amsterdam!

Excellent on all accounts. Very professional. A real warm welcoming with great smiles. 5+ on all accounts. The morning breakfast was outstanding as well! The hotel shuttle was excellent and very timely. Highly recommend this Hotel

Myself and my colleagues have stayed here on work trips many times over the past six years, but this time will probably be the last.
I bought a mains adapter for my room (10euro) when I checked in.
I discovered the room had the UK type sockets and USB charging point which was great. I headed back to reception 10 minutes later to explain I no longer required the charger and would like a refund. The woman in reception disappeared to ask the manager... she came back and said no. "I had paid for it and they wouldn't refund me".

Disgusted with there greedy attitude.
Also, the bins weren't emptied when I checked into the room.

We were disappointed with the lacklustre attitude of the front desk staff and the below-expected quality hotel room. The size of the room could be forgiven, but the marked-up walls of the room were desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint.

I would not return to this hotel.
