The hotel rooms are nice and roomy. When asking for extra towels or room service, it was very difficult because my phone was broken and they said no problem. Just text us. When I texted nobody ever responded they just said we will get back to you as soon as possible. I had many times. Front desk really didn’t put customer service first. As for the restaurant that was very difficult. Service was extremely slow. It took forever to get someone to come out to your table. We were told to go ahead and go sit outside and someone would come out to take our order. Setting there for 20 minutes we decided to leave and when we went through the restaurant, we saw one server cutting bread and the other one busing a table. We went back later on that night and decided to set up the bar. That is when we met David! His customer service was superior! In fact, Staff can be trained by him. I always try to be gracious and know that times can be busy, but the restaurant was empty! So I’m not sure why we never got help setting a regular table, but David definitely made up For the poor service we had received the other times. If I can give some suggestions: Please stock more toilet paper and coffee in the rooms when you know Room will be occupied for longer period of time. In addition, it would be nice to have four towels maybe. Yes, I know you can call down to ask for Mor and we did. By the time we received the towels, I just decided to dry off with a hand towel because it took forever. I wanted to start my day and waiting for two hours not acceptable. That takes time out of my day.
