The hotel is OK. Decent location that is close to tram to take you everywhere you need to go. While the staff was generally friendly, the hotel represents that they have air conditioning but when we found our room to be something of a sauna, we were told only select rooms have AC and none were available.
The also gave us a room located directly above a bar where loud bass driven music played until one in the morning the night before our flight home. I would seek another hotel. For the money, the value is not comensurate.

Service was ok. At times I kinda felt like the staff thought they were doing me a favor. I only interacted with 3 genuinely service oriented members. Service was slow at the restaurant. Food at the restaurant was pretty good. Had a room close to the street and there was quite a bit of noise in the morning and evenings which made it a bit hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. My room was nice and I liked the decor of the room but the hotel is in an old building and looks kinda dingy. I think many people find this to be charming and unique and vintage but I really didn’t enjoy it. It was a good experience for me to know what I don’t like.

Hoxton Lloyd is fabulous! You can reach it from Central via tram 26, which takes about 10 minutes. We arrived very early and they stored our bags without a hitch. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is complimentary water in the fridge. The hotel restaurant was great. All staff we encountered were smart and capable. Can't recommend this place enough. If you are considering it but are unsure, book it. Done.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.they went above and beyond to make us feel special. The room was clean and stylish. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The hotel rooms are nice and roomy. When asking for extra towels or room service, it was very difficult because my phone was broken and they said no problem. Just text us. When I texted nobody ever responded they just said we will get back to you as soon as possible. I had many times. Front desk really didn’t put customer service first. As for the restaurant that was very difficult. Service was extremely slow. It took forever to get someone to come out to your table. We were told to go ahead and go sit outside and someone would come out to take our order. Setting there for 20 minutes we decided to leave and when we went through the restaurant, we saw one server cutting bread and the other one busing a table. We went back later on that night and decided to set up the bar. That is when we met David! His customer service was superior! In fact, Staff can be trained by him. I always try to be gracious and know that times can be busy, but the restaurant was empty! So I’m not sure why we never got help setting a regular table, but David definitely made up For the poor service we had received the other times. If I can give some suggestions: Please stock more toilet paper and coffee in the rooms when you know Room will be occupied for longer period of time. In addition, it would be nice to have four towels maybe. Yes, I know you can call down to ask for Mor and we did. By the time we received the towels, I just decided to dry off with a hand towel because it took forever. I wanted to start my day and waiting for two hours not acceptable. That takes time out of my day.
