Great location. Plenty of room in the hotel. Beautiful room. Helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel - DO IT! We stayed for 5 nights with a family of four and had the biggie bunk room. The hotel itself is absolutely glorious. Our room was big and had loads of lovely little touches like a mini bar filed with free soft drinks and lovely shower products. Huge beds and air conditioning and really stylish details like a retro radio and really cool window seat. The staff were super helpful and friendly at all times. We had breakfast in our package and it was exceptional. It’s a little bit further out but we actually loved that, it’s a quiet setting and there’s some lovely little cafes and bars by the canal and a brilliant supermarket opposite which was great for picking up bits for the kids. It’s easy to get to the centre, the tram is a 3 minute walk away and it’s 3 stops and then you are there.

really good hotel with exceptional staff, reasonable value for money a little outside the centre but easily cycleable and handy for some other very cool stuff. Good brasserie and bar , our warm was big enough , the bed and pillows v comfortable and the shower excellent. Toiletries all fine, towels not very fluffy but ample supply and staff accomodating and sorted out a couple of minor niggles very efficiently.
