I reserved a hotel room for five nights, from February 5th, 2024, to February 9th, 2024. However, after two nights, the bed sheets and pillow sheets hadn't been changed. Upon contacting the reception, I was informed that they only change them every two nights. Despite accepting this, after three nights, they remained unchanged. When I approached the reception in person, a lady informed me that they don't change them for longer stays. When I requested this policy in writing, she became rude. Initially hesitant to provide her name, she eventually stated it was IMI. Upon asking for her full name, she became angry. This rude behavior, coupled with the refusal to change the bedding, has made this hotel stay the worst I've had while traveling. With one more night remaining, I will advise all tourists and my friends attending or planning to attend Cisco Live in Amsterdam in the future to avoid booking at this hotel.
