After staying at a property , I always ask myself if I would return on my next visit .
The apartment in Florastrasse is well positioned with tram stops close by and two supermarkets within walking distance. Lots of restaurants to visit and generally a good area of Zurich.
To improve the stay I would say that the apartment is looking tired, towels are stained and threadbare. The furnishings could do with replacing and there was a damp smell.
We needed to print train tickets so we went to the main property (Ema House hotel and suites ) and the staff at the front office were not friendly or too helpful.
So if you can put up with these few irritations, then by all means stay there - if not look a bit more !

nice and generally clean apartment, good equipped, nice location
there was a constant noise inside the apartment and noises from works outside
i had to ask to change the curtain in the bathtub as it was extremely dirty (i suppose they didn't check it before)
While the furnishings were a little spartan in style, this is a very good choice for anyone who likes the privacy and convenience of an apartment. The location was very good, restaurants and the lake one block away and the city centre a 15 min walk or two tram stop away.
