Recently changed an owner this restaurant got a complete make-over in the design and menu offerings!
The new chef who came straight from Italy is being very creative and artisanal, he uses very homy Italian foods and snacks, the meals are very well balanced - personally have tried lots of starters: awesome shrimps with zucchini - super light but very tasty, very nice presented carpaccio from beef with some Italian cheese and salad, perfectly smooth mozzarella with surprise - asparagus! Apparently it is very tasty! Another meal that stole my heart - beef tartar, by far the best tartar in Lausanne, which is so fresh and tastes as meet but not spices!
I shall really recommend ordering cocktails there, they are quite cheep comparing to some Flon places but soooo good! Especially this with gin and spritz!
Overall, very happy with what the guys did with this place and looking forward to try their next menu when it comes in Fall!
PS, finally some comfy seats and pillows on the outside terrace! It is very cozy hidden by the trees and is very pleasant in the night!
