A friend and I were doing some afternoon sightseeing in Lausanne when we came across this small restaurant at lunchtime on a warm spring afternoon. We were intrigued by the menu, which featured - of all things - hamburgers and a wide assortment of beers from all over Europe. I ordered the house burger and was surprised when it arrived - it was huge and it came on a homemade bun baked with spinach (very tasty.) The service was great - our waitress was fluent in English and Spanish. She was attentive without being annoying. An excellent place to have lunch.
