I decided at last minute to spend a weekend in Lugano.
Welcome was very warm at reception.
Everybody wery nice, helping and smiling.
Hotel is very well located. Walking distance from train station and 2 minutes walking from piazza di reforma.
My room was small and clean (big enough for 1 person) with wonderful view on roofs and mountains.
Excellent value for the price.
I will come back!

Amazing service throughout and friendly staff that would provide the info needed with extra tips on whether certain activities were more worthwhile to consider. Room was clean, well equipped and we got extra pillows. Breakfast was comforting. Special mention to Valentino (I hope we got her name right) - she was really nice and gave a lot of information and material to use. Location is right next to the furnicular to the main station so that’s really convenient!

There is not one thing I could think of that needed improvement. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was included and was amazing! Food was fresh and so good! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect; close to restaurants, shopping, lake and train station.

Great hotel in the centre with many restaurants nearby. Nice location. Rich breakfast. Extremely friendly staff, rare today. Room not too big but more than enough for the business trip alone. Great price for the location. Will come back

We live in Milan and travel to Lugano every weekend. This was the first time my fmaily of 6 (2 adults and 4 children under the age of 6) were amazed by the level of professionalism, service and the quality of the staff whom were TOP! I don't write many reviews but the rooms were great and clean along with the breakfast which was really, really good. The location was great and central sp we could walk around the center to restaurants or the local christmas market. No doubt the best place to stay in Lugano.
