The Federal Building housing the Swiss parliament is majestic. It has a classy grandeur attached to it. Visitors can enter the building free of charge, and without any security check. I didn't spot any policeman on the premises. One can also watch the proceedings, which I didn't opt for. I preferred to catch the beauty of the river and the old buildings. The building is adjacent to a hotel, a lane – and not a wall - separating the two.
