I arrived at Hotel Dei Priori on 2nd September 2020 and stayed till 15th September 2020. Firstly like to start by saying I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many different hotel but never have been treated in such a professional and kindfull manner. The staff really go out of there way to help in any way possible and dont ask anything in return. I must commend on great affordable rooms are fantastic and very clean. Id like to thank you all ( Simone, Milena, Nadia, Marijo, and Isabella) My New Italian Family.

Very clean, clean bathroom, within the walls, walking distance to all points of interest in old Assisi. Breakfast was included and very complete . Helpful staff . Even a beautiful painted ceiling in our room.

Just stayed two nights during the celebration for the Feast of St. Francis. Couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The daily breakfast buffet was a great start each morning. The room was comfortable and the windows opened with shutters to keep your privacy and let in the crisp mountain air. Would stay again when in Assisi.

Stayed overnight here on July 23, 2019. The room was just right size and we were assured at check in the air conditioning is provided in the room. During the night the air conditioning stopped and could not be started. At 1 AM being unable to sleep because the heat was stifling in the room. A trip was made to the lobby and a request was made to the night manager that the air conditioning was not working. He reported that it could not be fixed until next day.
We were able to open the windows in the room to get some air and then was able to fall asleep around 2 am until 7 am. At 8 AM a report was made to the front office lady, who was very rude and placed blame on us as customers that the air conditioning was not working. This person did not get that this situation was not acceptable. We insisted on getting the room for reduced price or free for what occurred that was the right thing to do in this situation. This lady kept blaming us as customers for the fault of the air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good afternoon Misters B,
There is just one single thing we might apologize. The night porter (not manager) could have changed your room, we had an extra one and he didn't realize it was free.
Beside that you should apologize for your unacceptable and extremely rude behaviour.
The lady at the front desk just tried to explain you that opening the window the ac system doesn't work, she was just following the procedure in order to understand. Moreover you went upstairs with the maid and you checked the ac was working.
You yelled and acted like crazy to a woman which is something that just people with no education can think to do.
We have everything recorded by our camera and I m sure if we put this on Facebook tagging your name you would feel very ashamed. But we won't do this because we are polite and professional.
There was a problem with your a/c and we haven't charged you a single penny because we tried to understand the situation, you also have to think that it s difficult to fix something in the middle of the night.
Misters Bronson, be sure of one thing. If you don't recall your review accusing us to shut down on purpose the air conditioning system, we will go further with legal action.
Writing an accusation completely made up in order to discharge our hotel is something unacceptable.
Unfortunately we had to let to your lack of education, we won't on false accusation.

P.S. One more thing, your friend stayed so uncomfortable in our hotel which booked twice for the month of August.
Please next time double check with them before writing ridicolus things.

We were with a group of performers staying for a week at Hotel dei Priori...what can I say other than we were truly given Italian hospitality! From the spectacular array of foods at their breakfast buffet, lunch in their cafe, room accommodations... all handled graciously and personably! In particular, Milena at the front desk, along with Nadia...Isabel and Matteo with food and wine service, the gracious and charming owner, Simone! Definitely 5 stars!
