Undoubtedly this is one of the best spots in Siena. Run by a charming group of waiters they provide a mouth watering selection of Tuscan dishes. We ate a mozzarella platter and meat selection to start. An eclectic selection of thoughtfully selected mozzarella. More creamy and delicate than any cheese imaginable. The meats can be seen being cut from great hunks of meat inside the restaurant, fresh and you can taste the delicate flavours. We followed this up with wild boar ragu which is a local meal, tender chunks of meat in a flavoursome sauce, mixed into freshly made pasta. Delightful.
We washed down the meal with an excellent little of Santa 2010 (the orange label) would highly recommend!
