My husband and I visited in August and were impressed by this hotel. It was in the perfect area, within a mile of the square in Siena; the room had gorgeous views of the countryside and the breakfast was delicious! The best part of this hotel though is the men who run it - they go above and beyond to help ensure your trip is exceptional. I really don't know why you would stay anywhere else.

Stayed for 3 nights in a lovely room. A little nervous as it was right opposite reception but we didn't hear any noise at all. The views from the room looked over the gardens and onto the town.
Yes the walk to the centre is approximately 15minutes but there is a bus , which we never used and I'm quite a lazy person. Staff were very helpful and breakfast sat outside looking at the views of Siena were stunning.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

What an amazing hotel, run by two remarkably kind men. Lorenzo and Giacomo just cannot do enough to make their guests feel at home. The beautifully kept building is what brings you here on your first visit, but those two gentlemen are what will keep us returning if we should find ourselves in Siena in the future. You can feel the love they have for the hotel and for Siena and Tuscany too. They are full of information and can help with most queries.

We parked the car within the grounds and made our way to room 27 which has a beautiful view over the local countryside. It was amazing to think that we were only minutes outside the walls of the city, and the crowds therein. You can purchase bus tickets at the hotel for the frequent 'hopper' service. The bus stops almost outside of the building and drops you at Piazza del Mercato, just behind the Campo a few minutes later. What more can one ask?

The well appointed room itself was large, clean, comfortable and quiet, the same goes for the shower room. Breakfast was taken on the large terrace, and there are plenty of places to relax outside the building, on the terrace and below it.

Absolute perfection and we would sincerely love to return one day.

We have just had the most amazing three days at the Palazzo di Valli and in Siena. The views from the terrace are simply beautiful, the room itself, on the ground floor, was quiet (despite the thunder storm s!) spacious and comfortable. Lorenzo was most kind and helpful, particularly with finding the cemetery where my Great Grandfather is buried, and with recommendations for a countryside drive to Asciano and the Chianti countryside around Gaiole. The walk into Siena from the hotel, via the Porto Romana was much needed after a great breakfast! Thank you... we would love to cone back one day.

What a lovely place! Our room opened up to the terrace with lovely views. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the views and drink wine and enjoy the amazing pecorino cheese of the area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
