On a sweltering July day, we stopped at Tattoria La Tellina for impromptu lunch. It was cool and breezy inside, no need for air conditioning. We ordered Insalata Caprese and Bruschetta for Antipasto....fresh and refreshing. After pasta ( Carbonara and Putanesca, both delicious), we decided on the Tuscan wild boar with porcini and grilled polenta. Perfectly cooked, tender and so well seasoned. The service was great, prompt but not rushing you to turn one of its 8-10 tables. We will definitely return!
